I obtained 6 different quotes for my irrigation installation on my half acre property. The 1st 5 all agreed to build a system I designed, regardless of how flawed that was. Installed the plumbing for a new kitchenette, which required routing water supply from an existing bathroom, and connecting to the existing underground sewer drain, as well as installing a new kitchen sink mixer and water filter.Jack was able to talk us through the options available for the installation, as well as keeping us informed when it turned out the existing pipes were installed differently to the design plans and how this might impact the price and installation.Went the extra step beyond expectations to ensure we had a complete job by modifying a drawer to allow for the kitchen sink waste piping to be installed in a very limited space, giving us maximum storage under the sink.Excellent quality installation, very professional and friendly, always on time, and at fair price compared to other quotes we received prior to starting the job.

I needed to dig up my driveway but before I did I went to Westscan to understand where the utilities underground were located. James came out to do the scan. I found him extremely detailed, respectful and a good person to talk to as well. I would recommend Westcan and would use them again if I needed similar work to be done.

We were having trouble with our existing bore forking and overloading the circuit and approached BD Water for their opinion.After the team conducted some tests it was found that the bore pump was not suited to the application.The team installed a smaller pump and delivery pipe at a different depth.It has been almost two weeks now and the pump has been delivering a steady approx 1000 litres per hour when needed.More than enough for our requirements.We are delighted with the outcome as we had expected that another bore would have to be put down.
