I needed to dig up my driveway but before I did I went to Westscan to understand where the utilities underground were located. James came out to do the scan. I found him extremely detailed, respectful and a good person to talk to as well. I would recommend Westcan and would use them again if I needed similar work to be done.

We needed a ground scan complete at our address prior to a pool install.Westscan were one of few companies who not only answered the phone but were willing to assist.They kept us updated with dates and times throughout and produced a report with 48hours of scanning our address.Great service and good value.

Contacted Westscan to have both my Power and Telephone cables located and I cannot fault the service. James kept me informed as to when he would be attending the property and arrived as arranged. He was professional and thorough. I was very happy with the service and report and would certainly recommend them.

Good communication leading up to the scan, very thorough scan (my old house had some rather peculiar pipes!) and report sent through within 24 hours. Five stars.

Excellent, professional service. Gas and acoustic detection was used to find a very small water leak deep under a bitumen driveway. James is very knowledgable and uses the latest state-of-the-art detection equipment. Tony in the office was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

So refreshing to do business with James Horton at Westscan, he was professional and on time with clear precise emailed details of ALL our sewerage pipes/water/gas and phone lines - even though these were different from what the Council had been able to provide. James was very polite and patient with our Elderly Mum & genuinely caring, ensuring the dog didn't get out, would highly recommend the service and the person to anyone. Also having the detailed mapped documentation from the scan emailed to us has saved a huge amount of time dealing with the Council and potential Builders/Pool Installers, with us knowing and being able to communicate clearly where we can and can NOT place structures.
