BD Water

I obtained 6 different quotes for my irrigation installation on my half acre property. The 1st 5 all agreed to build a system I designed, regardless of how flawed that was. Andrew challenged my ideas, provided solutions along with reasoning and came up with a superior system.Andrew allowed us to dig the trenches to save some money and provided guidance on what was required.The end product has worked excellently for the past 2 years with bore staining significantly reduced through technology suggested by BD Water.Couldn't have had a better experience with an excellent outcome which is standing the test of time.

We were having trouble with our existing bore forking and overloading the circuit and approached BD Water for their opinion.After the team conducted some tests it was found that the bore pump was not suited to the application.The team installed a smaller pump and delivery pipe at a different depth.It has been almost two weeks now and the pump has been delivering a steady approx 1000 litres per hour when needed.More than enough for our requirements.We are delighted with the outcome as we had expected that another bore would have to be put down.

Excellent Service by BD Water. Admittedly I am extremely fussy when it comes to Service, quality particularly ensuring the Contractors really are specialists in what the do. BD Water has been BRILLIANT! Every single person I dealt with in the Company is so helpful and knowledgeable. They pulled out all the stops to meet what was quite a complex reticulation project and completed it fantastically! This outfit was highly professional and considerate discussing concerns about location of the well on a site visit. They worked hard and apart from a small commissioning problem, the work was completed on time and on budget. The end result is a system, that performs well.

Very happy with the final product delivered by BD Water. We had an 8 station retic sytem covering front and back of our house, garden beds and lawn areas installed in October 2021. The install had a few hiccups with weather and the finish in some areas, but Andy and team did a great job coming back to fix up and finish it of to a very good standard. The team was very helpful with the handover and running through all of my questions, and the units and design have been working great. My garden and lawn have been very, very happy to have had it installed ahead of the 2022 heat waves!!

A generous 2 stars. Purely based on product. My experience of customer service and install has proven to be very poor. They lack care and communication with their customers. Not once did they sit down and go over the design we wanted for our reticulation. I presented them with a ‘to scale’ drawing of the whole site and the person in charge of designing the reticulation made up a completely incorrect design without going over it with us. I had to redesign his work at 7:00 at night after noticing that the installers were doing it all wrong. All I got in return was an apology. I still paid the $7500 for design and install $3800 of that for labour and I’m left re/designing and then clearing the blocked sprinklers after they ‘tested’ them. For such a “professional company” (as exclaimed by said designer) I expected a lot more for the amount I paid. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t choose them. No further apologies or check ups have happened. I had to ring them to ask how to unblock my sprinklers. They never sat down to discuss budget, design or even the product.

BD Water are a fantastic company! They worked hard and put in a great system last year. They followed up with a map showing areas and solenoid positions. Then this year they came and checked everything. Great value for money. I would highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company has been extremely patient and professional. I am a service based professional and I can honestly say from the Owner, Office Staff, Accounts team, the Electrician and Bore specialist it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I almost wish I had another bore for them to work on/replace. To the owner you have an amazingly professional team. A credit to you.
